Monthaven Capital partners with principals, operators, and capital providers across essential real assets. We originate, underwrite, and package transactions, then either take a GP position (10 to 30%) or place opportunities with institutional/HNW partners. What we do

  • Capital Advisory: buy-side, discreet dispositions, and capital formation.
  • GP / Co-Sponsor: structure debt/equity, manage diligence, and execute plans alongside operators.
  • LP / KP: selective co-investments with programmatic rights where useful.

We run a Notion-first, automation-heavy workflow for speed and consistency: T-12/rent roll parsing, comp libraries, sensitivity cases, and investor-ready OMs. Relationships with lenders, operating partners, and LPs let us assemble full stacks quickly, confidentially, and on-criteria.
